Admissions Process

Step 1:

To begin the application process, register your child at website. Click on Parent Login in the home page or download the app.

  • Aradhana academy Edchemy" for android phones and
  • “Edchemy” for iPhones from the play/apple store

*Click on Guidelines to read and follow the registration process.

*Click on "Register now" and enter the child’s parent phone number. This phone number is your username for the app and all future correspondence and portal usage.

Click on apply, select the grade level applying for from the drop-down and complete the information. The information should be the same as mentioned in the child’s birth certificate for Grades Nursery to Grade 1 and as per the previous school leaving a record for Grades 2-10.

Once all information is complete, submit the form.

Click on "make payment" select invoice "registration fee"and pay the registration fee of Rs 700/- (non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable).

Step 2:

The admissions coordinator will call you on the phone number provided and book an appointment at a time mutually convenient.

Step 3:

After receiving a call, please bring the following documents in-person to school.

Nursery to Grade 1

  • Passport size photograph
  • Photocopy of Birth certificate
  • Aadhaar card photocopy, if available

Grade 2-10

  • One latest passport size photograph
  • Birth Certificate photocopy
  • Aadhaar card photocopy

Step 4:

Submit the required documents Once the documents are verified the admission will be confirmed. The first installment of the tuition fee needs to be paid within 5-10 days of receiving the admission confirmation letter.
